SDL Citizen - My Properties Feature (Public Guide)

1. This demonstration will show you how to use the My Properties feature in SDL Citizen. To begin, log into SDL Citizen and tap on My Properties. 

   

2. If you have never used this feature before, the My Properties page will be blank. To claim or watch properties, tap the Plus button on the bottom right.

   

3. 3 options will appear. To claim a property, tap Set Home Property.

   

4. Enter the Block and Lot numbers into the search bar. Be sure to enter a space between the Block & Lot numbers (Example: 150 1). Tap on the address to select it. 

   

5. The address will now show as your home property. Tap the Plus button at the bottom right to view the other property options. 

   

6. To watch a property, tap on Add Property Watch.

   

7. Enter the Block and Lot numbers into the search bar. Be sure to enter a space between the Block & Lot numbers (Example: 350 1). Tap on the address to select it. 

   

8. The address will now appear under Watched Properties. For more options, tap the Plus button at the bottom right.  

   

9. To clear your home property, tap Clear Home Property.  Note: This will not clear out your Watched Properties. 

   

10. After tapping on Clear Home Property, only the Watched Properties remain.
