Why won’t a report print to the default printer?

Quick check: - On-premise: confirm with internal IT that the local setup forwards printer info into SDL; setting a default printer within SDL should otherwise resolve it. - Hosted: check Parallels File > Connection Properties > Printing tab — confirm RAS Universal Printing is set to forward the needed printer, and that Change Default Printer Settings points to the correct local default (which must be one of the forwarded printers if not forwarding “All”).
