Why isn’t the official’s signature showing on certificates generated from mobile?

There is no current option in SDL for a Construction Official’s signature to be automatically applied to a mobile-generated certificate — see How to set up a construction official’s signature on mobile inspection reports.

If an inspector’s own signature was set up in the app’s settings and it still isn’t appearing on the report, contact SDL Support for assistance — that would indicate a genuine display/template issue rather than expected behavior.
