Why isn’t a permit showing up on the fee log or revenue report?

This usually comes down to which date each report filters by: - Fee/revenue reports (Fee Log, Revenue Report) pull based on payment date. - Permit reports (Permit Activity Log, Building Summary Report) pull based on permit issue date.

A permit issued on one date but paid on another won’t necessarily appear on both reports for the same date range — the most common reason a permit is “missing” from a revenue report is that the payment fell outside the date range searched, even though the permit itself was issued within it.

Fix: check whether the payment date falls outside your current range and adjust accordingly.
