Why is an iPad no longer getting cellular coverage for SDL?

SDL has ended support for cellular service on these devices — towns are now responsible for managing their own device connectivity going forward.

• The town’s CSM (Customer Success Manager) is typically responsible for notifying towns ahead of this change so they can set up alternate service on their end.
• Any questions can be routed through the CSM, though a town or end user can also start the conversation by reaching out to SDL Support directly.
