Why can’t an inspector search for a permit by address in the mobile app?

Permits can be searched by address in SDL Field: 1. Tap the down-arrow to the right of the search text field. 2. Select Street Address as the search criteria.

If the inspector still can’t search after selecting the correct criteria, this may indicate a genuine app issue — contact SDL Support.
