Why aren’t photos taken on mobile uploading to SDL Desktop?
  1. Force a manual sync — pull down on the home screen.
  2. Check photo quality setting — change from Native to Medium in Settings > Photos if uploads are stalling.
  3. Confirm network connectivity during sync.
  4. Update the app to the latest version.
  5. Escalate to SDL Support if photos are still missing after a confirmed sync.
