Why are inspections missing from the map routing view in SDL Field?

The map shows whatever is on your current inspection list — if a specific inspection is missing from the map, check:

• Search criteria — confirm your filters aren’t excluding it.

• Address or block/lot data — incorrect location data on the inspection can prevent it from placing correctly on the map.

If the inspection still isn’t appearing after checking the above, contact SDL Support for further investigation.
