Why are fields missing from the inspection report in SDL Mobile 4 or SDL Field?

Report templates are managed at the server/template level, not from within the mobile app. If fields are missing from a generated report, escalate to SDL Support with the specific field(s) that are missing and the inspection record details — they’ll update the report template on the back end.
