Why are features in SDL Mobile 3 (e.g. re-inspections, complaint views) missing from SDL Field?

SDL Field is the replacement/upgrade for SDL Mobile 3 — it isn’t a separate, unrelated product built for a different audience.

If a specific feature that existed in SDL Mobile 3 appears to be missing in SDL Field, report it to SDL Support so it can be logged with Engineering for review. Feature parity between the old and new app is an ongoing effort, not a permanent limitation.
