Water Utility - Service Requests - Creating a Service Request from Inspection

To create a Service Request from an inspection, select the Inspection you completed.
On the Inspection tab, use the drop-down menu to select the inspection Result.
On the Related tab, attach photos or any other documents associated with the inspection. Select the Create SR button to open a new window for the Service Request.
A pop-up will ask if you want to create a Service Request from this Inspection. Click Yes.
Select a template or select Use Blank to create a blank service request. Click OK.
In the Receiving tab, you can enter the Requestor information and assign the request.
On the Action tab, select the Priority, Action By date, and list any Instructions.
In the Labor tab, click the Add button to assign personnel to the service request.
On the Equip tab, click the Add button to select any equipment that will be required.
On the Materials tab, click Add to enter Materials.
On the Features tab, you can link the Service Request to any Feature that may be in the system.
Select OK. The Service Request will be created and saved.
Once the Service Request has been created, you will be brought back to the inspection window and can check the box next to Inspection is completed.
Click Yes to accept the closing of the inspection
Select OK to save the inspection.
