OPRA Web Request

Updated the language on the OPRA web request and made changes to the format to include two new certified statement questions regarding commercial purpose and legal proceedings. These fields are not required and the possible values are True, False or None (if the user did not select an option).

The above information will be appended to the request notes field so it displays on the desktop home page. An additional update for desktop will follow to display the two new fields on the request form.

Permit Page

Fixed an issue that caused some associated permit links to not open the correct permit.

Pet License Web Request

Fixed an issue that caused an error on the request page when non-standard (neither Dog nor Cat) pet templates were enabled in Desktop.

Account Verification

Fixed an issue that did not allow users to request a verification code by phone call.

In certain scenarios, processing Portal requests results in an error.

Fixed an issue processing Complaint portal requests that resulted in the application freezing.

Contact sections not exporting from form submission data grid.

Resolved an issue resulting in missing contact information when exporting from the form submission data grid. 

Complaint type drop-down values missing.

Filtering from the datagrid caused some complaint types to be blank. This issue has been resolved. 

Subcode schedules overwritten on the inspection calendar.

If the subcode dropdown was changed, and a calendar date override was applied using the calendar UII, the calendar settings were overwritten for the previous subcode. This only occurred when clicking on the calendar UI. This issue has been fixed.

Searching by form name returns a blank list of forms.

For non-admin users, searching for a specific form name from the Filter by Form column caused all form names to disappear from the FIlter by Form column. This was a display issue only and did not result in loss of data.

Inspector names not appearing in the All Inspectors drop-down menu.

Inspector names were missing from the All Inspectors drop-down menu on the Construction calendar. 

Assigned to value not retained when creating a new complaint from the complaint data grid.

A complaint created using the +New Complaint option from the complaint data grid did not maintain the Assigned To value. This has been resolved. 

Improvements 

An item selected on a data grid is now highlighted and the scroll position is maintained after the item is saved or closed.

When opening an item on any datagrid, the selected row and scroll position will remain in place after the item is saved or closed. This helps when processing larger sets of submissions and maintains context.

Added an option to Print Blank Form from the forms data grid.

An option to Print Blank Form is now available in the Grid Settings menu on the form submissions grid. This is only available when a specific form submissions are selected.
