SDL Portal - Pet Licensing - Processing Portal Requests in SDL Desktop

14 STEPS

1. From the Home Page of the Pet Licensing module, scroll down to the Portal Requests section. 

2. Click a Tracking Number.

3. Click Yes to attach any Attachments submitted from the Portal Request to the Pet License. 

4. Please review the information submitted in the Portal Request. 

5. When ready to process, double-click Create Pet Application in the Status tab. 

6. Click Yes to confirm.

7. After reviewing any attachments, click Create. 

8. The Pet License will now open. Click OK to exit. 

9. Another option is to click PROCESS. 

10. In this example we will deny the Portal Request. Click Deny. 

11. Click Yes to confirm. 

12. Enter a Refusal Reason then click OK. This will be sent to the submitter of the Portal Request. 

13. Alternatively, you can click Create from the Portal Request Data Review. 

14. The Pet License will be created and will open. Click OK to exit.
