SDL Portal - Fire Prevention - Upload Fire Test Reports (Public Settings)

This guide walks users through uploading Fire Test Reports on SDL Portal — entering the test type, location, and date, then attaching supporting documents and submitting the request. It's useful for anyone who needs to submit completed fire alarm/suppression test results to the town for record-keeping or compliance.

  1. From the Requests section of the SDL Portal, click Upload Fire Test Reports.

  2. In the Fire Test Details section, enter the Test Type, Location, Test Date, and any Additional Comments or Notes.

  3. In the Fire Test Upload Documents section, Drag and Drop any relevant files from your computer for Upload.

  4. Click Submit Request.

  5. A Confirmation of the Request can be printed, or another Request can be created.
