SDL Mobile - Health - Complaints

This guide is for SDL Mobile users in the HealthPro module who need to view or update complaints in the field. Follow these steps when you want to broaden the filter (e.g., timeframe) if complaints aren't showing, then open a complaint to edit its details or add photos.

  1. From the HealthPro module in SDL Mobile, Click Complaints.

  2. Based on the default settings, it is possible that no Complaints will appear. Click the Filter icon (lower-right corner).

  3. Here, a new Complaint can be created, or the list can be Filtered. Click Filter List.

  4. In this example we will be expanding the Timeframe to show more Complaints in the list. Click Timeframe.

  5. Click All Items to view all Complaints with no Timeframe restriction.

  6. Click the Arrow (top-left) to return to the list.

  7. Complaints now appear in the list. Click a Complaint to view.

  8. Click Edit to make any changes to the Complaint.

  9. Details and Dates for the Complaint can be edited in the GENERAL tab.

  10. Photos can be taken or added in the PHOTOS tab.

  11. Click Save to save any changes and exit the Complaint.
