SDL Mobile - Engineering - Overview

1. This will serve as a brief overview of the options available in the Engineering module in SDL Mobile. 

   

2. New and existing Complaints can be accessed in the Complaints section. 

   

3. Scheduled Service Requests can be accessed in the Calendar section. 

   

4. Property Information can be accessed in the Search section. 

   

5. Service Requests can be accessed in the Service Requests section. 

   

6. New Service Requests can be created in the New Service Request section. 

   

7. Existing Inspections can be accessed in the Inspections section. 

   

8. The Town Map is accessible in the Maps section. 

   

9. Crew Members can be added in the Crew Members section. 

   

10. New and existing Traffic Permits can be accessed in the Road Closings section. 

    

11. Vehicle Tracking can be started in the Vehicle Tracking section.
