SDL Mobile - Construction - Missing Inspections

1. When initially looking at the list of Inspections in the Construction module in SDL Mobile, it is possible that not all Inspections will appear due to the default Filter settings. 

   

2. Click the Filter icon at the lower-right portion of the screen. 

   

3. Click Show Filter Options. 

   

4. Click the line under INSPECTOR FILTER where the Inspector Name is displayed. 

   

5. Change the selection to All Inspectors. 

   

6. Under DATE FILTER, select All Inspections. 

   

7. Scroll down and Click Download All User Inspections. 

   

8. Click YES when prompted to Reset all local data. 

   

9. Inspections from all Inspectors will now appear. To expand your date range, click the Filter icon at the lower-right portion of the screen.

   

10. Click Show Filter Options. 

    

11. Under DATA DOWNLOAD, click the Days line to alter the date range.

    

12. Click Last 90 Days. 

    

13. Click YES when prompted to Reset all local data. 

    

14. Inspections for the Last 90 Days will now be visible.
