SDL Field and Mobile — Online Forms

The Online Forms tile is available in SDL Field and Mobile modules that have digital forms configured. It displays any forms that have been set up by your municipality and assigned to the current module. Tapping a form from the tile will show you its submission options, including the ability to review past submissions for that form.

To begin a new form submission, return to the module home screen rather than going through the Online Forms tile. Any forms available for that module will appear in the list on the home screen. Tap the form you want to fill out and proceed from there.

Completed form submissions sync back to SDL Online, where they are stored and managed. Any forms submitted in the field will be available for review in SDL Online once the sync has completed.
