SDL Field and Mobile — Inspections: List View, Filters & Map

The Inspections tile is available in every SDL Field and Mobile module and gives inspectors access to all inspection records within the module they are currently working in. By default, the list shows inspections for all inspectors, not just your own, so filtering is an important first step.

To narrow the list to only your assigned inspections, tap the three-line icon in the bottom-right corner of the Inspections screen and select Advanced Filters. Scroll down to the Inspector field, tap it, and select your name from the list. Once applied, only inspections assigned to you will appear.

Your filter preference will remain active while you are in the module. If you need to clear it and see all inspections again, return to the same filter menu and remove the filter.

In addition to the default list view, you can tap the Map button at the top of the inspections list to switch to a map view. This plots all of your inspections by location and is useful for planning the most efficient route between sites during your day.

Tap any inspection in the list to open it. The tabs and available actions within an individual inspection vary depending on which module you are in. Each module's KB article covers the specific tabs and workflows for that module's inspections.
