SDL Desktop - Property Items

1. Property Items can be added by clicking New in the Property Items data grid, or from the Tasks menu by Clicking Property Item. 

   

2. Select Create Blank New Property Item, or Create New Property Item from selected Template, then Click OK. 

   

3. In the Item tab, select a Level, Type, and Category in the General section. In the Optional section, an Image can be added, also select an Assigned Department and Assigned User. 

   

4. In the Location tab, enter the Location information in the Property section. 

   

5. Contact information can be entered in the Contact tab. 

   

6. In the Departments tab, select which Departments will be Shown and Warned about the Property Item.

   

7. Attachments can be added in the Related tab.

   

8. Click OK to exit.
