SDL Desktop Update 24.3.1 - Prior Approval Updates

New Approvals will now prompt the requestor to send an email to the assigned user, provided an email address exists.  Please make sure to use the links at the bottom of the prior approval form to add the appropriate emails to the Prior Approval.

 

Processing

When the assigned user acts on a Prior Approval, a prompt is given to notify the requestor. 

For our Construction users, the construction application status will also be updated without requiring the user enter the permit.  In combination with the new tracking of permit ready for pick up, you can now accurately see permits ready to move forward.
