Land Use Condition Property Item

We added an option to add Property notifications to Zoning and Planning Board Conditions which will make it easier for towns to tag and track properties that have a condition associated with an approval. This feature will notify other departments of the conditions when they take action on that property. Note: Property items will not stop an action from another department, rather it will provide a visual prompt of any notes/issues on that property. 

Settings

You will need to add a template to the options for each board you want to use.

You should add a new type for organizational purposes and also set the Level to User Prompt

You should also mark off on the Departments tab which departments should be warned



Use

On the Condition form a new PN button was added,  this will use the default for that and clone that information then fill in the notes of the description as well as the Block and Lot from the application

 

 

Currently it will be up to the user to deactivate a property notification but we have been told the condition technically exists for the life of the property/building.  If we have continued interest we can streamline this process,  add a way to create in en-masse.  Please let us know if you have any questions or comments on this new function
