SDL Desktop - First Time Log In

1. The first time that the GeoClient is opened, the login screen will say Township Name. This means that the server has not been selected for the GeoClient to communicate to.

   

2. To select the server, click the More button.

   

3. In the server section, click the drop down menu and select the appropriate server.

   

4. If the server is not in the drop down menu, you will need to add it by clicking the New button.

   

5. Once the server is selected, it will say the town name at the top of the login screen instead of "Township Name."

   

6. To minimize the advanced settings, click Less.

   

7. Now the user should be able to login. Type in your credentials and click OK.

   

8. If the login was successful, this screen will appear. There are errors that can occur while logging in. Please return to our guides for more information on login errors.
