SDL Desktop - Digital Signatures - Adding Signatures

This guide provides instructions on how to submit digital signatures for use in SDL Desktop. We suggest completing these steps on a mobile device or tablet to make it easier to capture your signature. Note: This process does not apply for Construction Departments looking to apply digital signatures to tech cards.

Step 1: Visit https://www.cognitoforms.com/SpatialDataLogic/DesktopSignatureForm 

Step 2: Complete the form including the signature.

Step 3: Hit submit.
