SDL Desktop - Data Grids - All Modules

2. On the left-hand side are all of the modules. If you click on a module, it will show you all of the data grids that are available to you within that module. Note: The modules you see are based on the permission given by the system administrator.

3. To go to a data grid, click the table icon next to the desired data grid.

4. Notice how we are in the Construction Module and in a Construction data grid.

5. You must be in the same module as the data grid to be able to edit records within that data grid.

6. If you click on a different module.

7. And go to a data grid within that module.

8. The options to edit will be grayed out.

Note: There are data grids that are available to all modules i.e. General data grids. Also, while you cannot edit records in other modules, you can still filter/view the records in the data grid.
