SDL Desktop Update 24.3.1 - Construction - Permit Pick Up Letter Credit Card Payment Link

A number of printed reports and invoices through SDL allow users to generate a link to facilitate online payment of that permit. With this update, Construction Permit Pickup Letters will have this option.

The credit card link will print on the Bill Invoice and the Pick Up letter.  The link goes to https://www.sdlportal.com/search/payments and provides an ID the agent can use to lookup and pay for their permit online with a credit card. This update is an additional benefit for agents without a valid email address on file. Users can print and mail the reports as usual, but now allow agents to pay online and save a trip to the department offices.

Adding the Link

If you have a valid email address, add the Payment request as normal.  If you do not you can click the new CC Link Button.  *Note: with a valid email the Payment link will also be appended to the Pick Up email.
