SDL Desktop Update 24.3.1 - Code Enforcement - Certificate Notification Email

In our most recent update, we included the option to add email addresses to an individual type of Code Enforcement Certificate.  When users issue a new certificate, an email will be sent to that email address with the basic certificate type and location information. This setting is meant for internal Municipal notifications, ie letting the construction office know when a certificate was issued. 

Settings per certificate type

 

The email is sent when the issue button is clicked.  No prompt is given, the email will always be sent when an email address exists in the Certificate type settings.

This email does get attached to the certificate for review. 

 

At this time, the email will be sent when the issue button is selected, regardless of the approval date.
