New Features
Feature Request - Mailing Label Process Enhancement - General Applications
Enhanced the General Applications data grid to include mailing label functionality with improved multi-edit capabilities. This update standardizes the mailing label process across all modules to use the improved Workflow Mailing labels form report format and includes workflow options for adjusting starting label locations.
Key improvements:
- Added 'print mailing labels' option to multi-edit feature
- Unified mailing label sheet options
- Improved spacing and formatting compatibility
- Enhanced workflow options for label positioning
Fire Prevention Notice of Violation Code Reference
Standardized and improved the code reference system for Notice of Violation documentation in Fire Prevention module to ensure consistency across all violation notices.
Construction Control Number Management
Implemented improved tracking of control numbers to know when they were created and by whom.
Fire Prevention Online Payment Request Deletion Prompt
Added intelligent prompting system for Online Payment request deletion when users add new payments in person. This prevents duplicate payment requests for applicants who pay in person.

- Checks if online payment request has been paid
- Prevents duplicate payment processing
DPW Info Pane Performance Optimization
Improved the performance of loading the Public Works Open Complaints info pane to prevent loading an excessive amount of records that could slow down the interface.
Pet Licensing Discount Calculation
Added a new "Discount" option that allows fees to be added to license fees automatically. This feature helps automate processes like Dangerous Pet Fees and simplifies renewal calculations.

Construction Administrative Subcode - Inspections
Added 'Administrative' subcode option to the Inspection form subcode lookup for non-UCC inspections, providing additional categorization options for inspection types.
Fire Prevention Structure Updates
Enhanced Fire Prevention structure management with new fire escape certification tracking capabilities to meet state safety certification requirements.
Fire Prevention Dryer Vent Cleaning Tracking
Added a Dryer Vent Cleaning Date field to track and associate cleaning records with a property. The Dryer Vent Cleaning Date has also been added to the Structure data grid.

Fire Prevention Property Linking Enhancement
Improved the Fire Inspection Request property linking functionality to provide more reliable and intuitive property association capabilities.
Fire Prevention Festival Portal Search
Added search functionality for existing Festivals in the portal, allowing users to easily find and associate new permit applications with existing festival records.
Fire Prevention Business Insurance Enhancement
Enhanced online payment processing for both Invoice and Detector billing systems, ensuring proper data population for bill status, payment dates, and receipt numbers.
Subject line of Online Payment in the Pet module can be customized
A “Default Email Subject” field has been added to the Pet module to allow for a customized subject line for payment requests. If a value is not entered in the Default Email Subject field in Pet Licensing Options, the default Portal subject will be used.

Fixed Issues
SDL Mobile to GeoClient Sync
Fixed synchronization issue between SDL Mobile and GeoClient where inspections created from SDL Mobile were not displaying correct dates in the unit inspections tab.
HealthPro Performance Issues
Addressed performance issues in the all applications data grid in the HealthPro module for hosted desktop environments to improve module responsiveness.
Non-UCC Certificate Printing
Resolved an issue where Non-UCC certificates were printing incorrectly across two pages instead of single page format.
HealthPro Online Payment URL Missing
Corrected an issue with missing online payment URLs in the HealthPro General License invoices, ensuring proper payment processing links are included.
Pet Licensing Renewal Letter Formatting
Fixed formatting issues with renewal letter printing on the final pages in the Pet Licensing module.
Fire Prevention Inspection Complaints
Removed loading of property complaints from Inspection to optimize load time on some properties. Access is still available through a new button on the forms.
Construction Online Payment Information
Resolved an issue where online payment requests showed as processed but payment information was missing from the system records.
Construction Permit Number Preservation
Fixed an issue where issued permit numbers were being lost or skipped when permits were accessed from different machines.
Login Credential Storage
Corrected behavior where username and password were being saved on the login screen even when the "keep me logged in" option was unselected.
Fire Prevention Invoice Payment Processing
Fixed an issue where online payments were processed but invoices still showed outstanding balances.
Emails Sent from HTML Body Causing Delivery Issues
Resolved email delivery issues where HTML body emails sent from the email modal could cause emails to not be delivered or marked as spam.
Code Enforcement Print Button Issues
Fixed an issue that caused the application to close when using the print button on the Violations tab in Code Enforcement Inspections.
Portal Request Date Population
Corrected an issue where calendar dates from the Property Registry portal requests were not properly populating in SDL Desktop.
Fire Prevention Time Extension Letters
Fixed an issue where Time Extension Request Decision Letters had no recipient address when Unit's "Send Correspondence to" was set to "Other".
Unit Deletion Capability Removal
Removed delete capability from units to prevent data integrity issues. Users are now advised to mark units as inactive instead of deleting them.
Construction Report Email Functionality
Fixed an issue where certain construction reports could not be emailed using the "Email Report" button.
Improvements
Fire Prevention Detector View
Updated and optimized the queries used in the Fire Prevention Detector View to improve performance and data accuracy.
