Police - Alarm Applications, Registrations & Calls

1. When you open up an Alarm Application in the Police Module, fill out all necessary location information and details in the Business tab.

2. In the Contacts tab, fill out the tenant, contacts, owner, and mailing information.

3. In the Registrations tab, click on Add at the bottom to enter an alarm registration. 

4. In the General tab of the Alarm Registration window, you can enter the application fees and the issue or revoke date. You can also enter payments and print the license in this tab. 

5. In the Alarm C tab, fill in the alarm company information.

6. The Calls tab is used to keep track of any calls associated with the alarm. If you need to add a call, click the Add button at the bottom to create a new record.

7. In the General tab of the Alarm Call window, enter the details of the call. Note: The fee has to be entered here before going into the Payment tab.

8. In the Payment tab, click the New button to enter the payment information for the alarm call. Once you are done, click OK at the bottom.

9. The Related tab of the Alarm Application will show any licenses that were printed and saved as attachments. Double-click on the attachment to preview it. When you are finished, click OK to save and exit.
