Pet Licensing - Updating Vaccination Dates and Renewal Conditions

This guide walks Pet Licensing module users through updating vaccination deadline dates and renewal letter settings for a Pet Type in SDL Desktop — accessing Pet Licensing Options, selecting the pet type, and editing rabies vaccination deadlines or renewal letter content. It's useful for anyone who needs to update rabies compliance dates or customize what appears on renewal notices.

 

1. From the Pet Licensing module, click Tools - PetLicensing Options. 

2. Click highlight

3. Click the Pet Types tab. 

4. Select a Pet Type then Click Edit. 

5. Rabies and 3 Year Rabies vaccination Deadline Dates can be edited in the General tab. 

6. Information that appears on the default Renewal Letter can be edited in the Renewal tab. 

7. Click OK to save any changes. 

8. Then click OK to exit.
