Pet Licensing - Rolling Over to the Next Licensing Year

1. Click on Tools.




2. Click PetLicensing Options...




3. Click the Pet Types tab.




4. Click the Pet Type you want to roll over (Dog, Cat).




5. Click Edit.


 
6. Set the License Start Number to 1.


 
7. Do the same for the 3 Year License Number field if you also issue 3 years licenses.





8. Set the License Year (Increase by 1)




9. Set the default License Expiration Date.


 
10. If you issue 3 year licenses, set the 3 Year License Expiration Date.




11. Set the Rabies Vaccination Deadline Date.




12. If you use a Custom License Renewal Statement, we recommend checking this for updated information, such as renewal dates. 


 
13. Click Ok to save and close this form. 


 
14. The process is now complete. Click Ok to exit the Pet License Options.
