Pet Licensing - Renewal Letter Options

1. In the Pet Licensing module, click Tools - PetLicensing Options.

2. Click the Pet Types tab.

3. Confirm that Use Alternate Renewal Letter 2018 is checked.

4. Select a Pet Type, then click Edit.

5. Click the Conditions tab.

6. In this box, custom text, including different fonts, font sizes, colors, etc... can be pasted in from a full featured word processing program such as Microsoft Word. This custom text will appear on the Pet Renewal Letters.

7. Click OK to save any changes.

8. Click OK to exit.
