Pet Licensing - Printing or Emailing Renewal Letters from the Datagrid

1. Multiple Pet Renewal Letters can be either Printed or Emailed at the same time from the Active Pets, Pet Licenses, Pet Emails, or Unique Pets datagrids. 




2. To select multiple records from the datagrid, click the first record you would like to email or print a Pet Renewal Letter for:


 
3. Then hold the Shift key, and click the last record. All records between first and last will be highlighted. 


 

4. Additional records can also be highlighted by holding the Control key, then clicking. 


 

5. Click Edit.


 
6. The following options will appear:


 

7. Select Send Renewal Email then click OK to send the Renewal Letter via email to Pet Owners that have a valid email address entered. 


 

8. Click Yes to confirm. 


 

9. Alternatively, select Print Renewal then click OK to print the Renewal Letters.


 
10. Click Yes to confirm.
