Pet Licensing - Deactivating Old Pets

15 STEPS

1. Open SDL Desktop and go to the Pet Licensing module.

2. Go to the Datagrid tab

3. Select the Active Pets Datagrid

4. Select the Calendar

5. Uncheck Include Blank Dates in this range

6. Make sure you have All Dates selected

7. Hit OK to save and close

8. Click the Last Issued Date field to sort the active pets by when they were last issued a license.

9. Hit Shift and select the records you would like to deactivate

10. Hit the Edit button

11. You can also right Click and hit Edit.

12. In the edit window, select Deactivate/Reactivate

13. Click OK

14. Click Yes

15. That's it. You're done.
