Payments - Creating an Online Payment Request

7 STEPS

1. The first step is to open the application you're requesting payment for, then click the online payment request button. If you do not see this button contact the SDL Support team on (732) 357-1280, or at Support@spatialdatalogic.com

Confirm the information on the Online Payment Request form is correct, specifically the email address and fee totals. Once you're confident the information is correct, click Submit.

3.The program will then prompt you to confirm your submission, please be aware after this step you cannot retract the request. Click Yes to continue.

4. Once an online payment request has been fulfilled it will appear on your GeoClient Home screen for processing. You can navigate to the Home screen by clicking the Home button.

5.Click Process to open the received payment for processing.

6.Click Process Payment to accept and process the payment. This will create a GeoClient payment record. 

7.The payment has now been applied to the application. The online payment process is complete.
