Land Use - Options - Fee Setup

Click Tools, then select Landusepro Options from the drop down menu.

Click the Zoning tab, then Click Manage in the Fees section. 

Click Add/Edit List under the list of Default Fees.

Click Add. 

Enter a Fee Name then Click OK. 

Click OK. 

Find the Fee Name you just created then Click Properties. 

Enter the Fee amount, select a Fee Account, Enter a Description, then Click OK. 

The new fee should appear in the Default Fees list. Click OK. 

Finally, Click OK to exit.
