How does a hosted client’s inspector log in to SDL Mobile correctly?

Login works the same way for hosted and on-premise towns — no Active Directory account is required for mobile.

• Only an SDL Desktop account is needed.
• The username and password are the same ones issued for SDL Desktop. By default, the username format is first initial + last name.
• The inspector should have received these credentials from their town’s IT department or from an SDL employee during setup.
