How do I set up user permissions for a specific module (e.g. inspector, mechanical)?

Option 1: Clone an Existing User

If another user already has the permissions you need, cloning is faster than building from scratch: 1. Go to File > System Admin (requires system admin access). 2. In the user list, double-click the user whose permissions you want to copy. 3. Click Clone User — this creates a new profile with that user’s data grids and module permissions already in place. 4. Update the new profile with the correct person’s details.

Option 2: Edit an Existing User’s Permissions

1. Go to File > System Admin.
2. Double-click the user to edit.
3. Go to the Modules tab to see every module the user has access to.
4. Double-click a module to view and adjust its specific permissions.
5. Use the Data Grids tab to control which data grids the user can see.
