How do I set up inline payment links in portal notification emails?

There isn’t a way to embed a payment link automatically inside most notification emails — the one exception is renewals, which do include one automatically.

Outside of renewals, payment links can still be sent manually: from most records/applications, staff can generate what’s called an Online Payment Request and send that link to the resident directly. It just isn’t something that gets attached automatically to other notification types.

If you have a specific notification type in mind that you’d like a payment link added to, it’s worth checking with SDL support on whether that’s something that can be built in — this isn’t a standard configurable option today.
