How do I lock or restrict certain permits from being visible on the portal?

There’s no way to hide an individual permit from portal search, but a town can block specific properties from being searchable.

To block a property:

1. Go to Portal Admin > Settings and Access > Data Display > Property tab.

2. Enter the town’s MID (Municipal ID) — formatted like nj_union_sdltraining — followed by the property’s block and lot. - Example: nj_union_sdltraining_254_14

3. To block multiple properties, separate entries with commas: nj_union_sdltraining_254_14, nj_union_sdltraining_10_9
