How do I install the .NET SDK 8 dependency required for the SDL server sync?

Customers should not need to install this themselves. SDL Support is responsible for setting up the server sync correctly, and all towns are already provisioned. If a customer asks about this, direct them to contact SDL Support rather than attempting the install on their own.
