How do I generate or retrieve the QR code/URL for a portal request type?

Each portal request type has a unique URL that can be shared as a QR code or direct link.

Steps:

1. Go to Portal Admin (Menu > Town Admin in SDL Portal).
2. Navigate to the relevant request type.
3. The URL for that form type is displayed there.
