How do I export a report and save it to a specific network folder?

You can either set a default download folder (recommended) or choose a location manually each time.

Setting a Default Download Folder

  1. Go to File > Set Download Folder.
  2. Choose the folder path.

Hosted customers: the path must include the TS Client folder, since Parallels forwards local folders through this path. To find it: 1. Go to any screen with an attachment feature (e.g., adding an attachment to a permit). 2. Navigate to the TS Client folder, then into the local or network folder you want as your save location. 3. Copy that path and use it when setting the default download folder above.

On-premise customers: simply select your regular local or network folder.

Exporting Without a Default Folder Set

  1. Open the report or data grid to export.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose a file type: PDF, CSV, RTF, or HTML.
  4. Name the file and click OK — if no default folder is set, you’ll be prompted to choose one before it saves.

Exporting from a data grid works the same way.
