How do I enable digital signing on the tech card in the mobile app?

Tech Cards are generated in SDL Desktop and made available to the mobile app through the sync client — they are not created directly on mobile.

• If the tech card doesn’t exist on the permit within SDL Desktop, the inspector won’t be able to access or view the PDF on mobile.
• Signatures on tech cards are normally applied on the Desktop side, since that’s where the report itself is generated.
