How do I email an inspection report from the mobile app?

1. Give the inspection a result.
2. Tap Save Options.
3. Check the “Create Report” checkbox — this emails the inspection report.
4. Available recipient emails depend on the specific process the inspection is for. You can also add email addresses manually.

If the email isn’t delivering: Check that the recipient’s email address is typed correctly. If it is, contact SDL Support to check whether that address on the bounce or block list.
