How do I add or update an inspector’s digital signature on a certificate?

Updating a signature isn’t a self-service feature — signatures on forms and certificates are managed by SDL Support. When a certificate is signed (whether from the permit’s Certificate tab or the Certificate data grid), it reflects whatever signature is currently on file for that person in SDL.
