Health - Inspections - Food Inspection Process

1. The first step is to open a Food License Application.  Click on the Inspections tab.

   
   
   

   

2. In the Inspections tab, click on the New button below.

3. By default, it will create an inspection with a blank form.  If you want to use a template, click on the 2nd option at the top, select the template you want to use and then click OK.

4. The inspection form will appear. Click on the Detail tab.

5.In the Assignment section, select the inspector, process, type, date and time. Set the Status to Not Started. You can add notes or complete any other relevant fields. When done, click the OK button at the bottom to save and exit.

6.The inspection will now appear in the Inspection tab of this Food License Application. The inspection is created.  If you need to make any changes, you can double-click on the inspection or click Edit.
