Fire Prevention- Processing Portal Fire Document Uploads in SDL Desktop

This guide is for SDL Desktop users in Fire Prevention who need to process citizen-submitted document uploads from the SDL Portal. Follow these steps when you want to attach the uploaded files to the correct unit record and confirm they're accessible under the Related tab.

  1. From the Info tab in the Fire Prevention module in SDL Desktop, scroll down to the Portal Requests section.

  7. Click Close to exit.
