Fire Prevention - Permits - Mobile Vendor

13 STEPS

1. To create a Mobile Vendor permit, go to the Festival/Miscellaneous Permit data grid.

   

2. Click New.

   

3. Where the Festival Name is, you can type Mobile Vendors. Since the Mobile Vendors will be in different places and from different companies, it is not necessary to fill in the other fields of this tab.

   

4. Click the permits tab.

   

5. In this tab, is where multiple mobile permits can be added. Click Add.

   

6. Double click the permit to open it. 

   

7. In the permit location you can enter the name of the mobile vendor.

   

8. The owner and applicant information can be entered here.

   

9. It's possible that the Mobile Unit sits on one corner all the time. In these cases a location can be linked.

   

10. To continue, click on the permit info tab.

    

11. Here the permit type can be selected and the permit start and expiration date can be set.

    

12. If the mobile unit has a license plate number, this information can be added in the description section.

    

13. On the subsequent tabs (Payments, Inspections and Related) Payments can be entered, Inspections can be entered and  Related attachments can be uploaded/created. 
    
    When all necessary information is entered, click Save before exiting the permit.
