Fire Prevention - Datagrids - Descriptions

Active LHU: Life Hazard Use information for Active LHUs. You can open these records for the basic details of the LHU.

Active Non-LHUs: Non-Life Hazard Use information for Active Non-LHUs. You can open these records for the basic details of the Non-LHU.

Active Permits: Permit information for all active Fire Permits. Records contain the basic permit information. (Does not include festival/misc permits)

Active Units: All main information for all active units, general information, structural information, tenants, contacts, inspections, life hazards/non-life hazards, permits, invoices, occupancy, etc. This is the main record where you will edit the units/unit information detailed above.

Complaints: Complaint records. Since open complaints are displayed on the home page, this datagrid can be used to look up historic or closed complaint records.

Detector Inspection Request: Request records for Fire Detector/CO2/Fire Extinguisher Inspections. You can add the inspection record to these request records as well, and the detectors’ details.

Detectors: Shows all detectors/extinguishers registered and the locations where they are registered.

Emergency Contacts: Record of all emergency contacts created. Opening these records will bring you to the unit editor.

Festival Permits: Permit record for festivals, stores location, individual permits, invoices, etc

Festival / Misc Permits: Stand alone permit records, unassociated with a unit. (Includes festival permits)

Fire Investigations: Tracks fire investigations, including response, narrative, aftermath, pictures, etc.

Fire Statutes: All fire prevention statutes imported into SDL

History: History of all actions taken on all records in the FP module - open a record to see the whole history of that record.

Insp Stand Alone: All Fire Prevention inspections created as standalones, records open up to the inspection record.

Inspections: All fire prevention inspections, regardless of inspection type. These records open up to the entire inspection record.

Invoices: Invoice information for all invoices generated, payment items, late penalties associated, etc.

LEA Annual Report: Reporting tool for your LEA Annual Report

Life Hazard: All life hazard uses, not just active (records displayed like the Active Life Hazard records)

Non-LHU: All non-life hazard uses, not just active (records displayed like the Non-LHU records)

Payments: Shows all of the payment records from the module. Invoice records can be opened, but also shows counter payments and other certificate/inspection payment records

Permits: Shows all permit records - users can open the records up to see the entire permit record.

Properties: Shows all properties, use is able to open up the property information editor and see the associated units from there

Structure: Datagrid with a record for each structure. Users can open these records to find the building editor, which shows all units associated with the building.

Time Extensions: Tracks all of the violation time extension requests 

Units: Datagrid that shows all units, not just active units, but in-active units as well.

Units Review: Datagrid that shows a review of the unit invoices, to provide additional invoice information.

Variances: Shows all of the variances from the unit records

Violation: Shows all violations issued - also includes an easy view of whether or not they have been abated.

Violation Fines: Shows all of the violations issued with fines associated, will open up the violation record, also shows whether or not these have been abated.
